Pre-acquisition / Acquisition Surveys A pre-acquisition survey provides a clear understanding of a property’s condition before you buy or lease. This includes leases, construction information, warranties, and service charge agreements. We can also provide Planned Preventative Maintenance Reports or Programmes, offering detailed 5–10 year maintenance plans with works clearly prioritised, scheduled, and budgeted.
